- Eat fruits and vegetables : In fruits and vegetables, there are antioxidants that help fight cancer.
- Variety of food : Eat food from all 5 food groups, reduce foods that are high in fat, grilled foods, charred fried foods, red meats and pickled foods.
- Regular check-ups : Cancer prevention is not 100% effective, so early detection is important.
5 things you shouldn't do if you don't want cancer.
- Don't smoke : Smoking causes many types of cancer, 80% of lung cancers are caused by smoking.
- No sex : Women who have had sex since they were young and have sex with many men. It was found that there was a risk of developing cervical cancer.
- Not intoxicated : People who drink more than 60 grams of ethyl alcohol per day (3 glasses) increase the risk of cancer by 9 times.
