CMH Charity Project
Chiangmai Hospital in collaboration with the main alliance "Asian Medicare Exchange Foundation Association or AMEFA" from Japan organized activities to improve well-being and help communities in responsible areas this November. We have organized an activity to go out for treatment units and visit bedridden patients at the multi-purpose pavilion, the Tan-Ta-Wan Community, Chang Phueak Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District, on November 24, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.
Activities within the event include:
- Opening remarks and objectives of the event by Honorary Prof. Dr. Kannika Pornpatkul, MD, consultant of Chiangmai hospital and Dr. Bancha Chaitrong, MD, director of Chiangmai hospital.
- Introduction of AMEFA organization by Dr. Akira Mizoo and Dr. Toshihiko Nakajima, a specialist doctor from Japan.
- Welcome speech by the leader of the Sunflower Community, Mr. Som Kuiarphai
- Giving survival bags to people and volunteers in the community for 50 people.
- Consultation and health advice for people with the cooperation of doctors from both countries. Influenza vaccination service. and home visits for bedridden patients in the community.
- Workshop training activities “Creating health knowledge in breast cancer self-screening” by student leaders from the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Science and Technology, Chiangmai Rajabhat University.
