true or not? The rain made the "COVID-19" epidemic worse.
It is not yet certain whether rain leads to a more severe outbreak of COVID-19. Dr. Allan E. vanGelissta, a professor of microbiology and virology at St. Christopher's Children's Hospital, explains that when humidity increases, the viral droplets become larger and are released into the air more rapidly from the body. Therefore, today we have ways to deal with 'COVID-19' during the rainy season to share with everyone:
- Wash hands with soap and clean water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Wear a face mask every time you need to leave home.
- Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands.
- Consume freshly cooked food and avoid raw foods, whether it's meat or eggs.
- Maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from others.
- Avoid crowded and poorly ventilated places.
There is supporting evidence that humidity plays a significant role in the seasonal spread of diseases. When people cough or sneeze, small droplets are released into the air. Thus, regardless of the weather conditions, humid or dry, individuals should adapt to the new way of life and adhere strictly to the principles of protecting themselves from the COVID-19 virus.
